For over 20 years founder Charles Weber has been engineering and manufacturing innovative products for companies ranging from startups to fortune 100 companies.  With a degree in Composite Materials Engineering Charles was the President of Composite Products Inc. in Winona, MN and made parts for Ford, GM, Chrysler, John Deere, and Sea-Doo.  After leaving CPI Charles focused his energy on building Kaber Technologies a design and engineering firm.   It is with this team of engineers and designers that helps bring Kaber IP products to life.
